OHSAS (Occupational Health, Safety Assessment Series) 18001 is an international standard that sets out the requirements for occupational health and safety management good practice. Applicable to all sizes and types of companies, the standard helps to eliminate or minimize operational risks and hazards, and is designed to create the best possible working conditions in an organization in order to meet legal, industry and customer requirements.
