A Timmins local and recent graduate of Canadore College’s Environmental Technician program, Kieran supports field and compliance projects through monitoring, sampling support, documentation, and project assistance.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biological Sciences from the University of Guelph and brings over 15 years of experience in regulated industries, including mining and manufacturing. Her background spans environmental compliance, permitting, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
At Blue Heron, Natalie supports environmental management systems, coordinates permitting initiatives, and works closely with regulators and project teams to help clients meet compliance requirements with clarity and confidence.
Serena Maki, Lead Trainer at Blue Heron Environmental, brings over 25 years of experience in environmental compliance, monitoring, and training within Ontario’s mining industry. Her technical background, coupled with extensive teaching and mentoring experience, strengthens our ability to support clients, communities, and environmental professionals across the province.
Kathy-Lynn Morrish, Environmental and Indigenous Community Support Specialist, brings over 15 years of experience in environmental compliance, permitting, training, and field monitoring. She supports both industry and Indigenous communities through technical expertise, meaningful engagement, and a strong understanding of environmental stewardship.
