GET TO KNOW RENÉE BAUSCH
Through divine intervention! My dad, and his family, grew up in Manitouwadge – I come from a family of miners. I felt called to lean into my family’s history – and my research led me to the amazing Blue Heron team.
As a born environmentalist and people pleaser, my favourite part of my job is being able to problem solve and liaise on behalf of the client, within the realm of environmental protection.
Being retained by a client is an honour in this competitive field, so nothing feels as good as achieving their goals while helping to alleviate their stress, all while working to protect the environment!
It was in retail – selling luxury kids clothing and beanie babies!
It may be no coincidence that neither are a part of my life now!
“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
― Jane Goodall
“All good things are wild and free”
– Henry David Thoreau
There are two means of refuge from the misery of life — music and cats.“
– Albert Schweitzer
Complete the renovations on our house! And run a half-marathon. And travel to Italy.
And Costa Rica…..I’ve been cooped up too long!
Hands down, Newfoundland. While I’m a sun and heat worshiper, there is nowhere I’ve been that was as geologically captivating as that island, and the people are the kindest and most fun I have ever encountered.
