Meet Andrew Doyle, Andrew Doyle, Technical and Compliance Dept. Manager, at Blue Heron Environmental. Since joining the company in 2010 as a technician, Mr. Doyle has played a pivotal role in advancing environmental initiatives across Northern Ontario.
Andrew’s expertise spans water monitoring programs, hydrology assessments, and broadscale netting, contributing to numerous baseline and ongoing mining projects. He continues to support environmental compliance and technical excellence in some of the region’s most significant resource developments
Fifteen years later, his dedication and expertise have led him to successfully lead the Compliance and Technical Department, guiding the next generation of environmental professionals at Blue Heron.
Beyond his technical accomplishments, Andrew is an incredible mentor and leader, known for empowering his team and fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence. His ability to bring forward innovative ideas and strategic foresight has played a key role in helping Blue Heron grow and thrive.

HOW DID YOU FIRST LEARN ABOUT BLUE HERON ENVIRONMENTAL?
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING A Technical and Compliance Dept. Manager?
What I love most about being the Compliance and Technical Department Manager is the ability to continue working with the clients and sites I first started with. There’s a sense of continuity and trust that’s deeply rewarding.
Over the years, we’ve built a top-tier team that can effectively execute remote baseline programs and support local mines with their compliance monitoring and reporting. Leading such a well-rounded, capable group turns the work into a passion—and that’s what makes this role so fulfilling for me.
