Designed as an introductory course that offers hands-on exercises and classroom training to learn the roles and responsibilities of an environmental monitor/technician. This workshop aims to provide training for field monitors responsible for collecting environmental data related to mining activity in Ontario.

This session will review the regulatory requirements for fuel storage, and best practices for managing fuel storage, with a particular focus on environmental requirements.
Internal environmental auditor training helps environmental practitioners to determine whether their operations are in compliance with Federal and Provincial environmental regulations. This two-day workshop provides a review of environmental regulations in Canada and Ontario, as it applies to each participant’s site, and then provides hands-on exercises to practice auditing and identify gaps that need to be addressed.
