On September 30th, we honour the lost children and Survivors of residential schools, their families and communities. Public commemoration of the tragic and painful history and ongoing impacts of residential schools is a vital component of the reconciliation process.
Meet Laura Wareham, Senior Auditor, a 2023 addition to our Blue Heron Environmental team. Ms. Wareham has been a professional environmental manager and engineering technologist since 2002, with over 20 years of industrial and consulting experience within Canada, Europe, and the United States.
Meet Josie-Ann Tessier, Biologist-Project Manager, a 2021 addition to our Blue Heron Environmental team. Josie-Ann is a terrestrial biologist with 9 years of experience in the field of biology. Her focus is on species at risk, plant community classification, desktop screenings for species at risk and natural heritage features, species at risk surveys, data management, and technical writing.
