Common to most construction projects and industrial sites, fuel storage is an area of high risk for spills and potential harm to the environment. This session will review the regulatory requirements for fuel storage, and best practices for managing fuel storage, with a particular focus on environmental requirements.
Internal environmental auditor training helps environmental practitioners to determine whether their operations are in compliance with Federal and Provincial environmental regulations. This two-day workshop provides a review of environmental regulations in Canada and Ontario, as it applies to each participant’s site, and then provides hands-on exercises to practice auditing and identify gaps that need to be addressed.
This session will review the major reporting dates in the calendar year for the Ontario regulations as well as applicable federal regulations in mining, forestry, or other resources industries that are applicable.
