The new Environmental Emergency (E2) Regulations contain the following compliance deadlines for substances that met/exceeded thresholds effective on August 24, 2019:
- SCHEDULE 2 (Substance/Facility Registration) Submission – Nov 22, 2019 (+ 5 years thereafter)
- SCHEDULE 3 (E2 Plan Preparation) Submission – Feb 24, 2020
- SCHEDULE 4 (E2 Plan Implementation) Submission – Aug 24, 2020
- SCHEDULE 5 (E2 Plan Testing) Submission – 5 Years After E2 Plan Brought Into Effect (+ 5 years thereafter)
