Acute and Chronic Toxicity Testing

How to Interpret Information

Acute and Chronic Toxicity testing of discharge effluent is a requirement under the Environmental Protection Act (Ontario), and the Fisheries Act (Canada).

This 1 hour webinar will explain the legislation requirements for biological sampling, an explanation of each of the testing requirements by species, interpretation of test results and the reporting requirements under each Act.

As usual, we will also include some tips and tricks that could save some time and frustration while out sampling or trying to understand lab reports.
